Delivery Method

King Fung Hong Kong Online Store uses <SF Express> delivery service (Shipping payment on delivery) to provide door-to-door or self-pickup services

Delivery Fee

SF Express (Hong Kong): Rate as low as HKD$20 (Shipping payment on delivery)
*The actual shipment charge will be subject to the size and weight of the parcel. For actual cost, please refer to the SF Freight Formula

Freight Formula

•    The calculation method for the volume of shipments within Hong Kong is: length (CM) x width (CM) x height (CM) ÷ 6,000
•    Freight is based on the actual weight and volume weight, whichever is the more weight as the calculated weight.
•    The volume conversion formula is: length (CM) x width (CM) x height (CM) ÷ 6,000 = volume weight (KG)

Delivery Area

1.    The company provides limited delivery service within Hong Kong. (not applicable to mainland China, Macau or overseas regions)
2.     If the delivery address is a Hong Kong residence, a remote area of Hong Kong, a school address, or a non-industrial address, an additional working day will be needed for the delivery. 
3.    The delivery service is not applicable to the following remote areas: Lo Wu, Mai Po, Man Kam To, Ta Kwu Ling, Cheung Chau, Kat O, Tap Mun, Lamma Island, Mui Wo, Peng Chau, Po Toi Island, Tai O, Tung Lung Island, Tung Ping Chau. Self-pickup service is also available.
